No-BS Marketing Co. was born out of a total frustration with the agency model. It was born from the absolute necessity to survive.
This is probably the 20th time I have tried to build a business. I try. I fail. I try again.
To the outside observer, I might look like a statistic. A broke guy in a rented room, isolating, drinking too much, wasting potential on personal turmoil. But while the world saw chaos, I was executing a consolidation of means.
I stopped going out. I sold the car to kill the insurance premiums. I bought an Android phone with a $25/month metro plan. I stripped my life down to the bare metal.
When you force yourself to live within microscopic means, you learn a very specific skill: Efficiency.
The Philosophy of "The Broke Bitch"
Financial insecurity is a sonofabitch. But pain is instructive.
Because I had to survive on nothing, I learned to build software stacks that run on nothing.
When you hire a typical agency, you are paying for their office lease, their foosball table, and their bloated SaaS subscriptions. When you hire me, you are paying for the code.
I don't have a car payment. I don't have a $1,500/month CRM bill. I have a laptop, a brain, and a terminal.
The Industry Trap
Most agencies solve problems by throwing money at them. They buy tools they don't understand and pass the cost to you. We solve problems by engineering them away.
For the DIY Contractor
If you are a contractor just starting up, I am going to show you how to do this.
I believe anyone can run their own marketing with the help of instructional AI. My job is to be the filter. I sift through the bullshit to find the mechanism that works.
It won't be pretty. It won't have "delightful" animations. But it will make money.
For the Business Owner
If you are shopping for an agency, here is the deal:
I care about lead quality. I care about the P&L. I care about the return.
We work in bare-metal Google Cloud architecture. We don't use "magic" software. We use:
- BigQuery for analytics.
- Cloud Functions for automation.
- Raw HTML/Markdown for speed.
We are lean. We are transparent. And we are going to fuck up the companies charging you bloated fees for flipping a switch.
The Verdict
I am nowhere near where I want to be in life. I am still climbing out of the hole.
But that hunger makes me dangerous. It makes me precise. And it makes me the best person to handle your marketing budget—because I know exactly what it feels like to not have one.
We do math. Not magic.
